Conditions
- Area
- Berlin only, including BER airport. For longer trips book a transfer instead.
- Kilometres
- 35 km are included for every hour booked. Each extra kilometre is charged at the rate in the price table and settled with the driver after the trip.
- BER airport
- If the hire starts or ends at BER, 5 % is added to the hourly price.
- Extra time
- Additional hours on the day are possible if the van is free and are charged per hour.
- Lead time
- Book at least 12 hours before the start.
- Stops
- Stops inside Berlin are included as long as you stay within the booked time.

What is the minimum booking?
Hourly hire starts at 3 hours and can be booked online for up to 12 hours.
How many kilometres are included?
35 km for every booked hour. Extra kilometres are charged per kilometre and settled with the driver after the trip.
Can I start or end at BER airport?
Yes. Hire that starts or ends at BER carries a 5 % surcharge on the hourly price.
Does the driver wait while we are away from the van?
Yes. The booked hours run from the start time to the end of the hire, including the waiting time between stops.
