Questions about minivan transfers
Group size, luggage, child seats, flights and payment: the answers people ask for most.
How many people and bags fit in a van?
Our vans seat 6 to 8 passengers. Van 7 and Van 7 XL take seven people, Van 8 takes eight and the Premium Van six. Luggage space ranges from 4 to 8 bags, so choose the class by luggage as well as by headcount.
Which van is right for a group of five?
Any van fits five people. Take Van 7 for normal luggage, Van 7 XL if you carry large suitcases and the Premium Van if you want a business-class interior.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Child seats are included at no extra charge. Enter the number of seats you need and tell us the children's ages when you book.
What happens if my flight is late?
Enter your flight number when you book. The driver follows the flight and adjusts the pickup to the actual arrival time.
Where do I meet the driver at BER?
The driver meets you in the arrivals area. Your voucher lists the pickup details for your booking.
How is the price calculated?
Van 7 and Van 7 XL are charged by distance. Van 8 and Premium Van have a fixed price within Berlin. The price is the same in both directions, and the booking form shows the total before you pay.
What can cost extra?
An additional stop costs €15, waiting beyond the included time €45 per hour and oversized luggage €10 per item. There is no night surcharge.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Payment is online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through a secure payment provider. After payment you receive a PDF voucher by e-mail.
Can I add a return trip?
Yes. Add the return journey in the booking form and both legs are paid in one go.
What if we are more than eight people?
One vehicle seats up to eight. For larger groups book two vans for the same time and route, or contact us to arrange it.
