1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to the booking of passenger transport by minivan (airport transfers, longer routes and hourly hire) through this website. The provider is the operator named in the provider details on this page. The customer is an adult who books for themselves or for other passengers and must pass these terms and the correct contact details on to them.
2. Booking and contract
Before ordering, the customer can check and correct the entries in the booking form. Clicking the button that submits the order with an obligation to pay is a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the booking confirmation is sent by e-mail. The customer must check the confirmation and report errors without delay.
3. Prices and payment
The total price is shown before the order is submitted and includes the applicable taxes and the selected additional services. Payment is made online with a payment method offered on the website. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by the provider of the transport service.
4. Pickup and waiting time
The passenger must be at the confirmed meeting point at the agreed time and be reachable on the telephone number given. For airport pickups the correct flight number is required; the driver takes the actual arrival time into account. The included waiting time is stated in the booking confirmation [operator to confirm].
5. Vehicles
The booked class determines capacity and equipment, not a particular make or model. A vehicle of the same or a higher class may be provided at no extra cost. Journey times are estimates and can change because of traffic, road closures or weather.
6. Passengers, children and luggage
The number of passengers, children and pieces of luggage must be stated completely and must not exceed the capacity of the vehicle. Child seats and unusual or oversized luggage must be declared when booking. Dangerous or unlawful items are not carried.
7. Changes and cancellation

8. Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence the provider is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and only for the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Statutory liability rules remain unaffected.
9. Governing law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which the consumer habitually resides remain unaffected.
