Conditions
- Area
- Berlin only, including BER airport. For trips beyond the city, book a transfer instead.
- Kilometres
- Every booked hour includes 35 km. Extra kilometres are charged at the rate in the price table and settled with the driver after the trip.
- BER airport
- If the booking starts or ends at BER, 5 % is added to the hourly price.
- Extra time
- Extra hours on the day are possible if the van is free and are charged per hour.
- Lead time
- Book at least 12 hours before the start time.
- Stops
- Stops inside Berlin are included as long as you stay within the booked hours.

What is the minimum booking?
Hourly chauffeur starts at 3 hours. Online you can book up to 12 hours.
How many kilometres are included?
35 km for every booked hour. Extra kilometres are charged per kilometre and settled with the driver after the trip.
Can I start or end at BER airport?
Yes. A booking that starts or ends at BER carries a 5 % surcharge on the hourly price.
Does the driver wait while we are away from the van?
Yes. The booked hours run from the start time to the end of the booking, including waiting time between stops.
